- Sheila has most recently played host to a 6-part medical documentary series for the University Health Network - currently seen in Toronto on Rogers television

- Host of the travel and leisure program 'A Place in the Sun' (2000/2001) - GPI Productions
- Host of Canada's first live interactive television special 'Waddington's Militaria Auction' (2000) - Prime Television
- Sheila has also been the principal in Television commercials for Delonghi Air Conditioning (CHUM Television) and Score Golf (TSN)
- Sheila has had the pleasure of interviewing many interesting people over the years, including international names like Sylvester Stallone, Martin Short, Sandra Oh, and Academy Award winning Director Jean Jaques Annaud, as well as fascinating local celebrities like Elwy Yost, Gene DiNovi and Shirley Douglas.
- Sheila's Producing credits include many entertainment specials and features for radio. Most recently she was the producer of Magazine Radio - a weekly live-to-tape lifestyle talk show heard across southern Ontario.

- Sheila is currently teaching at Humber College - School of Media Studies in Toronto - where she enjoys her role as Instructor and Internship Coordinator for graduating students.

- Sheila has been writing and researching for radio for many years. Credits include Head Writer for CHFI's Magazine Radio talk-show, writer for CFRB's Entertainment Saturday Night, and well as writer for various feature programming, news programming, and contributor of morning show material.
